Archer is a real estate technology firm that helps investors find more deals and get those deals done. Our firm has developed predictive acquisitions software, AIM, that matches our clients’ specific investment strategies with actionable properties. We can also facilitate new market entry using our location recommendation engine and help with deal evaluation using our automated underwriting tool.

Everyone is obligated to respectfully challenge decisions when they disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. We do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined though, we commit wholly, and we support each other to achieve the goal.

Sometimes the best teammates are the ones who are willing to do the hardest, least desirable jobs. Our responsibility to our teams and clients is to constantly look for ways to remove obstacles.
We always start with the customer and work backward. We work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although we pay attention to competitors, we obsess over customers at our real estate investment firm.
Falling in love with the problem means accepting your ideas might be wrong. It means the solution that’s in front of you, regardless of how much work you’ve put into it, isn’t valuable until it’s been successfully tested with the end user. Most importantly, it means that ideas are not precious; the problem is.
We have a high bar for quality, but rather than tinkering in a lab, we prefer to put our solutions in front of customers to learn, collect feedback, and improve more quickly.
We are never done learning and always seek to improve ourselves and our team. We are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them.
We create and communicate a bold direction that inspires results. We think differently and look around corners for ways to serve customers.
Speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk taking and seek to learn from our mistakes and others’ to continually find better ways to act decisively.
Archer is building an AI-powered suite for the modern real estate investor, lender, and broker. We’ve initially started with tools for deal teams to accelerate their market analysis, deal sourcing, and underwriting processes – leading to more great deals done with less resources.
